Our studio is home to a Vandercook Universal 1 proofing press we use to print stationery, posters, and everything in between. We print with a combination of wood type, metal type, photopolymer plates, and found materials. In addition to illustrating, designing, and printing projects from start to finish, we work with other artists to print their work.
Branding and Design
We work with small businesses, cultural institutions, and start-ups to define their visual identities. Our approach to design mirrors our approach to art and printmaking—process driven and rooted in research, observation, and experimentation. Contact us to see samples and schedule a consultation.
We regularly hold off-site workshops at locations around the city. Past workshops have included bookbinding at the Sulzer Regional Library, papermaking at the South Chicago Public Library, and Press-less Patch Printing at Chicago Zine Fest.
